Privacy Policy
Last updated: 6/6/2026
Blackline Acquisitions LLC ("Blackline", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and the choices you have. It applies to www.blacklineacq.com, any subdomain we operate, and any phone, SMS, or email communication you have with us.
1. Information we collect
When you submit a form, call us, text us, or email us, we may collect:
- Contact information — your name, phone number, email address, and mailing address.
- Property information — the address, condition, occupancy, ownership status, mortgage or lien information, and timeline you share with us.
- Communication content — the messages, voicemails, and emails you send to us and our replies.
- Site usage — basic analytics such as pages viewed, device type, browser, approximate location, and referring source, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. Do not submit information about a property you do not own or are not legally authorized to discuss.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Evaluate your property and prepare a cash offer or foreclosure-defense plan.
- Contact you by phone, SMS, and email about your inquiry, scheduled appointments, and the status of a transaction.
- Send transactional documents such as purchase agreements, disclosures, and closing paperwork.
- Comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.
- Maintain, secure, and improve our website and operations.
3. SMS and text messaging program
When you provide your phone number through a form on our site, by replying to a text, or verbally to a Blackline representative, you expressly consent to receive SMS and MMS text messages from Blackline Acquisitions related to your inquiry, your property, and any transaction in progress.
- Program description: conversational and transactional text messages from a Blackline team member about your property, offer, appointment, documents, and closing.
- Message frequency: recurring; frequency varies based on your inquiry and the stage of the transaction.
- Message and data rates: may apply. Check your wireless plan for details.
- Opt out: reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive one final confirmation message and we will not text you again from that number.
- Help: reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at info@blacklineacq.com or (203) 833-4544.
- Supported carriers: all major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No third-party sharing for marketing. We do not share, sell, or rent the mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in information of our contacts to any third party for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers and SMS consent are used only by Blackline and the service providers that help us send messages on our behalf (such as our messaging platform). These providers are contractually bound to use the information only to deliver our messages.
4. Phone calls and voicemails
By giving us your phone number you also consent to receive phone calls and voicemails from Blackline and its representatives at that number, including by automated dialing systems where permitted by law. Calls may be recorded for quality and training purposes where allowed; if a call is being recorded we will tell you at the start. Standard call rates from your carrier may apply.
5. Email
We send transactional emails (confirmations, documents, appointment details) and occasional follow-up emails about your inquiry. Every non-transactional email includes an unsubscribe link, or you can email info@blacklineacq.com to be removed.
6. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:
- Service providers that operate our website, messaging, email, calendar, and document tools — only as needed to provide those services.
- Title companies, attorneys, lenders, inspectors, contractors, and joint-venture partners involved in evaluating or closing a transaction with you.
- Government or regulatory agencies when required by law, subpoena, court order, or to enforce our rights.
7. Data security and retention
Your information is stored on access-controlled systems and protected with industry-standard safeguards. No system is perfectly secure. We retain your information for as long as needed to serve your inquiry, complete a transaction, and comply with our legal, tax, and accounting obligations, after which we securely delete or anonymize it.
8. Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies (including Meta/Facebook pixel) to understand how visitors use the site and to measure the performance of our marketing. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may not work correctly without them.
9. Your rights
You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw consent to be contacted. Email info@blacklineacq.com or call (203) 833-4544 and we will respond within 30 days.
